Our Story
Michelle is a semi-professional photographer currently living in Port Angeles, Washington USA.
Born on Vancouver Island in Canada, Michelle moved to Perth Australia as a teenager.
After university Michelle relocated to the UK, living in London for over 13 years before moving to Seattle and then out to the Olympic Peninsula.
“Travel is life” and Michelle has been to all 7 continents, 76 countries and counting! Her love of photography started at a young age, learning dark room developing and composition with film cameras. Luckily her full-time job provides the opportunity to visit amazing locations in addition to personal travel, building a portfolio of images to document her journeys. While wildlife photography is her passion, Michelle also enjoys landscape, architectural and macro photography to capture the travel experience.
Wild Saga Photography captures amazing nature stories with reverence to her Icelandic ancestry.
